A fixing apparatus of a soundproof panel of a soundproof wall is provided to install and repair the soundproof wall easily by simplifying assembling structure of the soundproof panel and a column, and to enhance appearance by shielding parts without the soundproof panel. A soundproof panel(2) is fastened to an H-beam(1) to damp or shut noise, and a fixing apparatus of the soundproof panel is composed of a fixing body protruded outward from the H-beam and combined with an assembling member through the soundproof panel to fasten the soundproof panel to the H-beam, an elastic member and a support member elastically fastening the fixing body at both sides of the H-beam and a hole cap isolating and supporting the fixing body and the soundproof panel. The fixing body has a fixing member horizontally projected and provided with a couple of assembling ends with threads, an assembling member thread-connected to the assembling end, and a fixing cap having a C-shaped section combined with the fixing member by sliding.
