A reinforcing bar coupler assembling apparatus is provided to increase productivity by simply assembling the coupler, and to carry and store the coupler conveniently by separating parts. A reinforcing bar coupler assembling apparatus(20) includes a couple of support blocks(21,23), a link(31) connecting the support blocks, a fluid pressure cylinder(35) relatively moving the support blocks, a cylinder support unit(45) supporting the fluid pressure cylinder to the link, a fluid pressure pump(51) transferring actuating fluid to the fluid pressure cylinder, and a fluid pressure hose(55) transferring actuating fluid from the fluid pressure pump to the fluid pressure cylinder. A pump attachment and detachment part(28) is formed in the support block to attach or detach the fluid pressure pump, and a support member is formed in the pump attachment and detachment part to support the fluid pressure pump.
