A spring hinge device is provided to simplify a structure by including only a spring and a washer, to reduce a fabrication unit cost, and to enhance a degree of freedom of designing by minimizing space to be taken by a hinge device. An axial hole(110) is formed at an end portion of a main body(M). A hinge shaft(120) is formed at an end portion of a folder(F) and inserted into the axial hole(110). A hinge hole(130) is formed at the hinge shaft(120). Hinge springs(140) are inserted between the hinge hole(130) and the axial hole(110), and their both ends are fixed. Poly washers(150) are installed at both end portions of the hinge springs(140).
