A lifting rotary bungalow is provided to automatically control the height of a cabin by installing a sensor for detecting the height of the cabin, and to appreciate outside view by mounting glass at the roof. A lifting rotary bungalow comprises a support member(20a,20b) vertically installed to the ground(G); a cabin located at the upper part of the support member, and formed with an entrance(35) and a window(36). The support member moves up and down by using a lift unit. The support member consists of a plurality of members inserted in a multistage insertion way, and the lift unit is provided with an oil pressure cylinder connecting to a driving unit. A rotary unit is installed between the cabin and the support member, and formed with a slave gear combined to the center part of the lower surface of the cabin, and a main gear interlocked with the slave gear, rotated by the driving unit, and installed at the lower surface of the cabin. The lower side part of the slave gear combines to the support member.
