An apparatus for installation of a water collecting pipe is provided to effectively harden the ground by pumping subterranean water at the soft ground, and to effectively dig the ground by discharging subterranean water before digging. An apparatus for installation of a water collecting pipe comprises a water collecting pipe(11) installed inside; a casing(12) made of a metal pipe having an injection port(14) connecting to a high pressure hose(20) at the upper part; a vibrator(15) stuck on the external surface of the upper part of the casing to generate shock; a digging unit(30) mounted at the lower end of the casing to jet high pressure water and air, and to dig the ground by receiving the shock through the casing from the vibrator; a flange(18) fixing the digging unit at the lower end through a connection bar(13), and sealing the upper end of the casing; a spring(16) mounted at the upper part of the casing to absorb the shock from the vibrator; a pickup hook(17) hanging the casing on a crane; and a pushing clamp(19) for pushing the water collecting pipe in the casing.
