A micro speaker having a separated diaphragm is provided to improve quality of sound by separating a body and an edge in the diaphragm having different materials. A micro speaker includes a magnetic field generating unit, a voice coil(112), a diaphragm(210), and a frame(108) for supporting the diaphragm. The magnetic field generating unit generates a direct current magnetic field from a plate(106) and a yoke(102) including a magnet(104). The voice coil generates an alternate current magnetic field by flowing a voice current signal in the voice coil, and is vibrated by interacting with the direct current magnetic field. The diaphragm includes a body(210-1) with a dome shape in an inner center portion and an edge section(210-2) in an outer edge portion, and generates a compression-rarefaction wave according to vibration of the voice coil.
