A waterproofing method of a concrete structure is provided to solve the matter of waterproof and corrosion-proof of watertight concrete structure by restricting contraction and expansion resulted from the temperature change. A waterproofing method of a concrete structure(400) comprises the steps of: fixing a buried fixing device(100) to the surface of the concrete structure; placing a waterproof sheet connecting unit on the buried fixing device, and arranging a gap between waterproof sheets(200) when the waterproof sheet is mounted on the concrete structure provided with the buried fixing device; and combining the waterproof connection unit on the buried fixing device by using hot blast. The buried fixing device is formed with an uneven surface having a projection unit at one surface, and a level surface at the other surface, and made of a polyethylene panel. Concrete is cured after the buried fixing device is arranged to bury the buried fixing device in the concrete structure in the step of concrete construction process.
