Provided are a synthetic leather material composition and a method for manufacturing synthetic leather, which produces synthetic leather without emitting dioxin upon incineration by using non-toxic and environment-friendly polyolefin materials. The synthetic leather material composition using polyolefin comprises 100 parts by weight of polyolefin consisting of a mixture of polypropylene and polyethylene, 0-6 parts by weight of a blowing agent including an azodicarbonamide blowing agent, a cell stabilizer, a lubricant, and an antioxidant, 0.1-6 parts by weight of a leather stabilizer including an acrylic resin, a lubricant, and an antioxidant, 0-2 parts by weight of pigments, 0-4 parts by weight of a polymer surface treatment agent, and 1-15 parts by weight of a hydrocarbon softener.
