An actuator for an air-conditioning door of an automobile is provided to simplify a stage assembly structure of a driving motor, and provide a firm initial structure for a feedback sensor and an easily separable assembly structure of an output axis and a lever. In an actuator for an air-conditioning door of an automobile, a driving motor is mounted in a first case(10) and a second case(20) to rotate by a control signal. A decelerating gear decelerates by a rotary force delivered from the driving motor. An output gear(60) has a shaft(61) installed toward the first case and an output axis(62) installed toward the second case. A supporting post(11) protrudes from the first case toward the output gear. The shaft of the output gear is inserted and supported into a supporting column(12). A lever operates a door. A feedback sensor is mounted on the shaft of the output gear. And, an insert form(70) having a hole(71) is inserted between the supporting post and the output gear to support the output gear.
