A luggage box assembly for a vehicle is provided to achieve improved convenience of a worker by eliminating unnecessary operation when the worker closes a luggage cover. A luggage box assembly comprises a box(10) having an accommodation space; a luggage cover(20) hinge-coupled to the box so as to open/close the box; and a luggage cover support unit for maintaining open state of the luggage cover. The luggage cover support unit includes a guide track(30), a rod bracket(40), and a rod stay(50). The guide track has an upper groove and a lower groove formed into a track type circulation structure along a lengthwise direction(L1) of a flange(11) of the box. The rod bracket is coupled to the position at an inner surface of the luggage cover, opposed to the guide track. The rod stay has one end rotatably coupled to the rod bracket and the other end inserted into the guide track so that the rod stay moves along the upper groove and the lower groove in accordance with the open/close state and opening degree of the luggage cover.
