An apparatus for fixing a loading board of a transfer trolley with an auto lifting-type loading board is provided to secure stability by safely lifting the freight through the air cylinder and to easily load the fright by rapidly unloading the fright loaded on the loading board. An apparatus for fixing a loading board(50) of a transfer trolley with an auto lifting-type loading board is composed of a lifting guide part(101) formed at a body(10) where a tension control rod is installed at the upper part to lift a lifting body integrally formed with the loading board; and a coil spring installed between the tension control rod and the lifting body. An air cylinder(60) is installed between the lower surface of the loading board and the lower part of the body. A pressure rod(70) and a spring are mounted in the case. A hanging unit is formed at the lower end of the body with a supporting plate(802) to be rotatably installed with a hanging piece(80) at the supporting plate.
