A printed article protection cover is provided to protect printed articles from water and foreign materials by sealing a printed article insertion port by using an upper fixing member having a combining projection and a lower fixing member having a combining groove. The printed article protection cover is composed of a protection sheet(10) made of transparent synthetic resin to surround front and rear sides of a printed article with opening a predetermined portion of the periphery and to show the contents of the printed article; a separating adhesive line(20) of which a portion is bonded to form a space and to divide an upper or lower space of the protection sheet fitted by the printed article; an upper fixing member(30) installed at the opened part of the protection sheet and provided with a combining projection(35) formed at the underside and joined by fitting; and a lower fixing member(40) installed at the opened part of the protection sheet and formed with a combining groove(45) fitted to the combining projection of the upper fixing member. The opened part of the protection sheet is fitted between the combining projection of the upper fixing member and the combining groove of the lower fixing member.
