A high efficiency multi-stage heat exchanger is provided to improve a heat exchange efficiency of a temperature and humidity by crossing an external air with an internal air to exchange heat several times. In a high efficiency multi-stage heat exchanger, an external air supply and an internal air exhaust are crossed each other to exchange heat. In the internal air exhaust, an internal air inflows into a first internal air inflow surface(11) formed in front of a first heat exchange chamber(10). The internal air, which outflows through the first internal air outflow surface(12), inflows into a second internal air inflow surface formed in back of a second heat exchange chamber(20). The internal air, which outflows through a second air outflow surface(21), outflows to an exterior. And, the external air supply flows into a second outdoor side air flowing surface(24) formed on a rear surface of the second heat exchange chamber and a second outdoor air discharging surface(23) is formed on an opposite surface of the second outdoor side air flowing surface.
