An external one-touch transmission device for a phone is provided to allow a user to connect with an existing phone and input/store phone numbers of a connection, and have a memo function, thereby enabling the user to conveniently make an one-touch call to a desired place, directly write contents on a display unit by using a ballpoint, and retrieve the contents later. An external one-touch transmission device realized by connecting an external transmission device(40) to an existing phone. The transmission device(40) comprises the followings: plural button units(61,63,64,69,70); a micom(Microcomputer) which inputs a phone number and a name if the phone number and name are inputted through the buttons, retrieves a number stored in a memory(68) if a transmission button(63) is pushed, and deletes the name displayed on a display unit(62) and maintains space occupied by the name as blank space if a memo button(69) is pushed, and displays contents stored in the memory(68) if a memo view button(70) is pushed; the display unit(62); and a ring signal generation unit(66); a signal transmit unit(67) which transmits a signal, generated from the ring signal generation unit(66), through an external wired phone line. |
