An assembling apparatus of a form is provided to improve working efficiency by firmly fastening a sight rail and the form, and to construct a concrete wall efficiently by arranging the form on the sight rail. An assembling apparatus of a form includes a first member(5) having a body(11) having a contact part(9) contacted to the form or a sight rail, an inclined part(13) extended from the body and a tightening and disassembling part(15) formed in the body, and a second member(7) having a pulling plate(17) fitted to the other form and turned and combined with the body and a guide part(19) combined with the pulling plate and spaced from the contact part of the body. The pulling plate includes a fitting part inserted to an assembling hole of the form, and a protruded part projected to the contact part of the body and formed at a side of the fitting part.
