A construction method and a structure of a floor are provided to restrict movement of a waterproof panel by assembling the waterproof panel with an elastic member with a tacker pin, to improve durability by absorbing load, to level the floor by easily constructing the floor, and to cut down construction cost by reducing working hours. A structure of a floor includes an elastic member provided with plural adhesive holes and temporarily installed on the ground, a waterproof panel combined with an upper part of the elastic member after charging adhesive in the adhesive hole of the elastic member temporarily installed on the ground, a tacker pin driven on an outer periphery of the waterproof panel to fasten the waterproof panel in the elastic member, and a floor panel combined with the waterproof panel by spreading the adhesive on the waterproof panel. A support member is temporarily installed according to width of the waterproof panel, and the waterproof panel is fixed to the support member by the tacker pin. The adhesive is spread on the waterproof panel, and the floor panel is combined with the waterproof panel. |
