An apparatus for moving a switch and crossing of a magnetic levitation train is provided to prevent abrasion with a groove shape due to contact between a wheel and a rail. In an apparatus for moving a switch and crossing of a magnetic levitation train, a linear type transport rail(312) is arranged on a fixing structure at a bottom of a girder beam and is formed long in a direction crossing with a lengthwise direction of the girder beam. A bogie frame(361) is guided along the linear type transport rail(312) and supports the girder beam of a moving trajectory. One end of a hydraulic cylinder(41) is fixed to the fixing structure and the other end of the hydraulic cylinder(41) is fixed to the bogie frame(361). Wheels(363,365) for a bogie frame are inserted between the bogie frame(361) and the transport rail(312). And, a linear bearing(367) receives a displacement in a lengthwise direction of the girder beam between the bogie frame(361) and the girder beam.
