A manufacturing method of an anion generating pillow is provided to generate anion excellently and to prevent breakaway of anion powder by mixing the anion powder with latex and foaming the mixture under regular conditions. The manufacturing method of an anion generating pillow comprises the steps of: mixing anion power of 3 weight % with water and grinding the mixture in a ball mill at a room temperature for 48 hours; mixing the grinded mixture with latex of 97 weight % and a foaming agent, and ripening the latex mixture for two hours while stirring in a stirrer; discharging a foaming liquid by operating a foam device while injecting coagulant and air into the stirred material; filling and firstly coagulating the discharged foaming liquid in a forming frame; and entering and steaming the forming frame in a steam kiln with a pressure of 1 kg/cm^2 and heat of 100-150 deg.C for one hour. |
