<p>A pavement material including recycled aggregate and air-entraining(AE) agent is provided to be simply worked without need of frequent maintenances and to be suitable for floor pavement of a road or a plant, and to reduce environmental pollution by comprising the recycled aggregate, cement and AE agents containing lignin, naphthalene, methyl methacrylate and ethyl acrylate. The pavement material includes 100wt. parts of recycled aggregate, 7 to 12wt. parts of cement and 5 to 10wt. parts of AE agent solution. The AE agent solution contains 98.4 to 99.6wt.% of water, 0.1 to 0.3wt.% of methyl methacrylate, 0.1 to 0.3wt.% of ethyl acrylate, 0.1 to 0.5wt.% of lignin based AE agent and 0.1 to 0.5wt.% of naphthalene based AE agent. The recycled aggregate is prepared by crushing constructional waste by Jaw Crusher, passing the crushed material through an aggregate sizer to select the desired material and removing impurities from the material by using a blower device.</p> |
