An apparatus for purifying contaminated water which sends out the suspended solid-separated water to a subsequent process after completely separating suspended solids from contaminated water twice when the contaminated water flows in, and does not require additional troublesomeness or manpower when removing sediments is provided. The apparatus for purifying contaminated water comprises: a separation equipment(100) having a chamber(11) on which an inlet(11a) and an outlet(11b) are respectively formed, and a hydrocyclone separator(12) and a suspended-solid separator(13) sequentially installed in a contaminated-water discharge direction within the chamber; a water storage tank(200) to which contaminated water is transferred from the separation equipment by gravity, and in which the contaminated water is stored; a chemical treatment equipment(300) for adding chemicals to contaminated water discharged from the water storage tank; a first transfer pipe(400) which transfers contaminated water from the water storage tank to the chemical treatment equipment, and has a first pump(410) installed in the middle thereof; a reactor(500) which has a reaction space(500a) for reacting contaminated discharged from the chemical treatment equipment with the added chemicals, and a purified water outlet(500b) for discharging purified water purified in the reaction space; a storage tank(600) for storing sediments settled in the separation equipment and the reactor; a second transfer pipe(700) which transfers sediment settled in the hydrocyclone separator to the storage tank, and has a second pump(710) installed in the middle thereof; and a third transfer pipe(800) which transfers sediment settled in the reactor to the storage tank, and has a third pump(810) installed in the middle thereof. |
