An emergency structure for refuge is provided to minimize injury by preventing fall in folding the structure at an outer wall of a building and temporarily waiting or escaping from a fire with unfolding in an emergency, and to stabilize the structure by restricting the turning range. An emergency structure includes a main frame(10) having a turning unit(11) turned and connected to an opening part of a building and a fall preventive part(12) formed in an upper part of the turning unit to prevent fall, a footboard part(30) turned in the fall preventive part of the main frame to support load of a person, a sub frame(50) placed in an upper part of the footboard part in deploying the main frame to form a shelter and turned around a hinge within the limited angle, and an auxiliary rail(40) turned and hinge-connected to the front of the footboard part to prevent fall. Flat steel pieces(14) are arranged, inclined and connected to the main frame. |
