FIELD: confectionary industry, in particular chewing gum production. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydrophilic base for chewing gum? Containing 20-90 % of hydrophilic polymers, 5-35 % of hydrophilic softeners, 4-50 % of filler. Said chewing gum base is free from hydrophobic polymers, solvents, elastomers, waxes, and hydrophobic softeners. Also disclosed is chewing gum produced by using abovementioned base and chewing gum with coat containing lipophylic active ingredient. Method for production of finished coated chewing gums containing at least one lipophylic active ingredient includes providing of chewing gum corn, preparation of coating solution and application said solution on chewing gum corn. Abovementioned coat contains lipophylic active ingredient in amount of 12-250 mg per 1 g of finished coated chewing gum. Invention also relates to method for releasing of lipophilic active ingredient including chewing of finished chewing gum for at least 10 min. ^ EFFECT: chewing gum with improved releasing of lipophilic active ingredients. ^ 30 cl, 5 ex |
