FIELD: medical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: device has longitudinal foot keel having anterior part, middle part and posterior part of the foot, elastic vertical shin rod having lower end connected to the foot keel and continued from the foot keel upward forming talocrural articulation part of the foot prosthesis, and lower prosthesis part of the lower extremity to make connection in its upper part to bearing structure on human lower extremity stump and device for restricting upper shin rod end movement. The upper end is movement in longitudinal direction of foot keel in response to force action loading and reloading shin rod when using the foot prosthesis. Foot prosthesis shin rod has longitudinal compensation slit between the shin rod ends in the second version. The third foot prosthesis version has combining connection means connected to the upper shin rod end. The device has coupler member for making connection to bearing structure on human lower extremity stump and controllable sliding mechanisms for regulating medial/lateral and anterior/posterior foot position relative to the coupler and bearing structure to which it is connected. The fourth version has downward curved convex lower shin rod end shaped as parabola with its min curvature radius position placed on lower end and going from it.
