FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: vodka comprises the following components per 1000 dal of ready product: glycerol, 0.1-0.9 kg; sugar syrup with the concentration 65.8%, 16.5-18.0 l; cedar nuts alcoholized infusion of the first blend, 2.0-3.0; cedar nuts aroma alcohol, 19.5-20.5 l, and rectified ethyl alcohol "Luks" and purified drinking water, the balance, to provide strength of vodka 40%. Invention provides enhancing organoleptic indices of ready product based on combination of used components and their quantitative content, reducing its toxicity by 5% based on enhancing content of biologically active substances and vitamins. All physicochemical indices of vodka satisfy requirements for vodkas prepared with ethyl alcohol "Luks", tasting score of vodka is 9.69. Vodka shows mild and specific for vodka taste with barely detected cream in after taste, vodka aroma with light tint of freshness. ^ EFFECT: improved and valuable properties of vodka. ^ 3 ex |
