FIELD: manufacturing processes in machine engineering, working materials by cutting. ^ SUBSTANCE: combine needle milling cutter includes body with seats having turning on inner surfaces and lid. In each seat bushing with pile bundle is freely arranged. Said bushing has on outer surface shoulder whose width is less than that of turning. In order to enlarge manufacturing possibilities due to controlling depth of cut-off layer and micro-relief of worked surface, body is rigidly mounted in spindle and it is made in the form of disc with radial seats having rectangular cross section with rounded angles. Axially movable bushings are arranged in said seats; shape of said bushings is reciprocal to that of seat. Said seats are closed by means lids secured to peripheral surface of disc and having holes for pile bundles. Compression spring is arranged between lid and shoulder of bushing. Needle milling cutter is also provided with stationary support engaged with bottom of movable bushing; fixed bushings with pile bundles alternating with movable bushings and rigidly mounted in body lengthwise grooves having cross section in the form of trapezium enlarged to center. Fixed bushings mounted with the aid of wedges have shape reciprocal to that of said groove. ^ EFFECT: enlarged manufacturing possibilities of milling cutter. ^ 4 dwg
