FIELD: dentistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: tool can be used for removing plaque and for treatment of root surface of tooth as well as for cleaning parodontal pockets. Tool for parodontal treatment has plate, which is connected with head. Head is made for connection to manual tool and for vibration impart to plate. Plate has active longitudinal part disposed on one its side. Sides of plate are limited by plane, which goes through its axis. Irrigation channel for liquid is disposed at central part of plate. Channel is open in center of active part of plate at longer part of its length. Channel provides cleaning of active part of tool when operation is made and separated particles are removed. ^ EFFECT: improved comfort for patient; better conditions of surgeon's operation. ^ 11 cl, 2 dwg
