Provided is a temperature-maintaining apparatus for controlling an underwater organism environment inside a fish-feeding device to reduce stress of fish and shellfishes due to sudden changes in water temperature and further, to promote their growth. The apparatus for controlling underwater organism environment is constituted by a water tank(100) storing raw water; a storage tank(200) performing heat exchange on the raw water; a heat pump(300) as an auxiliary temperature controller; cold water barrels(400), each sensing the inflow water temperature and storing the water at different temperatures, respectively; a heat pump or boiler(700) for heating water if necessary; a minute temperature control barrel(800) setting the temperature of water to a final temperature; an ultraviolet ray sterilization barrel(900); and a water purifying barrel(1000).
