A vegetation revetment structure is provided to prevent soil from being eroded by installing a reinforcing mat in multi-step way fixing the soil erosion prevention revetment to a river bank. A vegetation revetment structure preventing a soil erosion comprises a soil erosion prevention vegetation unit(110) formed like a L, and provided with plural reinforcing sub walls(111) shaped like a triangle and integrally formed at the inside vertical surface, a frame(113) integrally extended at predetermined angle at an upper end and provided with a bolt hole(115), and plural anchors(117) spaced at regular intervals the inside lower surface; a netron net(120) adhered with a bolt(101) and a nut(103) on the outside surface of the frame of the soil erosion prevention vegetation unit; and a reinforcing mat(130) formed like a lattice net, and horizontally installed in a river bank by forming an anchor ring(131) combined with the anchor at an one end. The soil erosion prevention vegetation unit having the netron net is installed on the upper surface of a foundation stone net mounted on a river bed. After connecting the soil erosion prevention vegetation unit and the reinforcing mat, soil is piled with predetermined height. The soil erosion prevention vegetation unit and the reinforcing mat are sequentially installed in multistep way, and plants are planted between the soil erosion prevention vegetation units.
