FLAT PANEL DISPLAY DEVICE HAVING A SPACER

A flat panel display device having a spacer is provided to prevent a separating effect and a tilting effect of a spacer by inserting the spacer into a concave structure of a frit. An electron emission substrate(320) includes at least one electron emission device in order to emit electrons. An image forming substrate includes an image forming part corresponding to the electron emission device in order to radiate the light by collision with the emitted electrons. A plurality of frits(350a,350b) including first grooves(351) are formed at both sides of an outer region of the electron emission substrate or the image forming substrate. A spacer(340) is inserted into the grooves of the frits in order to maintain a gap between the electron emission substrate and the image forming substrate.
