A system for recovering and collecting solvents of a dryer is provided to remove the recovered or collected solvents by recovering or collecting all of various organic solvents that are harmful to the human body and pollute the environment from a dryer for drying a material coated or impregnated with a solution in which various resins are dissolved into various organic solvents. A system(100) for recovering and collecting solvents of a dryer comprises: a drying part(110) which has a plurality of hot plates to dry the material by heating the material to a predetermined temperature by the hot plates while transferring a material(101) coated or impregnated with a resin-dissolved organic solvent to one side; a recovery part(120) which is installed in the drying part to recover the gas or gaseous organic solvent in the liquid form by cooling gas or gaseous organic solvent volatilized from the material; and a collection part installed at an end of the recovery part to collect all of the residual organic solvent by passing the air through activated carbon while forming a vortex flow in air containing the gaseous organic solvent. The drying part comprises: at least one hot plate(111) each formed in upper and lower parts around a drying material transferred to one side; at least one hood(112) installed above the hot plate to collect the gaseous organic solvent volatilized during drying of the material; and an exhaust duct(113) connected to the hood to guide the gaseous organic solvent in a direction.
