THE MANUFACTURE OF ANTIBIOTIC FOOD PACKAGING PAPERBOARD

A paper for packaging antibiotic food and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reveal continuously the sterilization force due to the stabilized silver nano particles. Emulsion rosin size agent is applied into the natural pulp so that the initial paper is manufactured. The initial paper is stacked and compressed so that the original paper is manufactured. The mixture of starch and size agent is coated on both sides of the original paper. A pigment coating process is performed at a side of the original paper and the antibacterial solution including gold nano particles within the mixture of the oxidation starch and internal emulsion is coated on the other side thereof.
