An acid mine waste water treatment system is provided to inhibit the lowering of the neutralization treatment efficiency due to the metal deposit. The acid mine waste water treatment system includes multi-stage unit chain reaction units(110a,110b,110c,110d) formed in series. A water collecting cistern(103) is installed at the top of the unit chain reaction unit. A screen(101) is installed at the waste inflow path of the water collection cistern. Each unit chain reaction unit includes a purification cistern(111), a neutralization cistern(115) and a deposition cistern(117). The height of the highest purification cistern is lower than that of the inner wall(105) of the water collection cistern.
