A micro-pile having an end supporting round plate is provided to shorten the whole length by supporting an end of a micro-pile using a round plate, to reduce the cost and time required for forming a perforated hole and the cost of materials for a micro-pile, to improve constructability for injecting and hardening grouting materials by installing a micro-pile on the bottom of a perforated hole and to improve the straightness of micro-piles by installing rock covers additionally when coupling two or more micro-piles using a coupler. A micro-pile having an end supporting round plate contains: a sitec bar(10) inserted into a casing(100) which is installed to a perforated hole(200) of the ground and provided with plural outflow grooves(110) to flow off grouting materials to the outside and connected with other sitec bar using a coupler(70) and rock covers(71,72); a base plate(40) installed to the beginning of the perforated hole, provided with nuts to be fixed strongly and attached with a reinforcing bar(20) to bear load of a structure; and a round plate(60) installed to the end of the sitec bar and supported to the bottom of the perforated hole to bear end bearing force as much as the cross sectional area of the round plate. A construction method using the micro-pile having an end supporting round plate comprises the steps of inserting a casing, forming a perforated hole on the ground using a hydraulic drill or various perforators, inserting the casing into the perforated hole, inserting a micro-file having an end supporting round plate into the casing, injecting grouting materials to the perforated hole through a grouting hose and curing the grouting materials for appointed hours to unify the micro-pile and the ground, installing a base plate on the micro-pile projected to the ground using nuts and installing reinforcing bars on the base plate. |
