Provided are a plasticizer composition, which improves high-temperature viscosity and viscosity stability of PVC-based polymer resin plastisol, and a PVC-based polymer resin composition containing the same, which is superior in tensile strength, elongation, heating loss, and migration resistance. The plasticizer composition comprises 100 parts by weight of a main plasticizer and 5-120 parts by weight of a side plasticizer consisting of 2,2,4-trimethyl-1,3-pentanediol diester-based compound represented by the following formula 1. In the formula 1, R1 and R2 each is independently a propyl group or an isopropyl group. The PVC-based polymer resin composition comprises (i) 100 parts by weight of PVC-based polymer resin, (ii) 35-160 parts by weight of the plasticizer composition, (iii) 1.0-2.5 parts by weight of a heat stabilizer, and (iv) 0.5-5.0 parts by weight of an auxiliary stabilizer of a heat stabilizer. |
