THE MANUFACTURE REACTOR FOR AN ORGANIC FERTILIZER USING THE FOOD GARBAGE

An apparatus for manufacturing organic fertilizer having two columns of agitation axes is provided to produce the fertilizer with proper alkalinity and to naturally sterilize pathogenic microorganisms with reaction heat generated during the production by operating the agitation axes to blend food waste while introducing quick lime as reaction agent to accelerate reaction thereof. The apparatus has: a driving part coupled to a frame(140); an agitation axis(160) that is fixed in an agitation tank(100) and rotates by the driving part; an output part(300) mounted on a lower portion of the agitation tank(100); an inlet for receiving food waste, which is formed on top of the agitation tank(100); another inlet for receiving reaction agent, which is formed on one side of the food waste inlet; and a variable input part(400) for feeding the reaction agent, which is optionally linked to the reaction agent inlet. The agitation tank(100) consists of: a body(130) that has an output hole(110) at the lower center thereof and respective supporters(120) for the agitation axis; and a water vapor outlet, a core feet inlet and the reaction agent inlet that are jointed in series at front of the waste food inlet.
