A dam used as a fishway for easily regulating full water level is provided to preserve an ecosystem by moving fishes through a fishway formed in an upper part of a protection screen, and to prevent drought or flood by regulating the full water level of the dam. A dam(1) includes a full water level regulating plate(10) placed in an upper part of the dam and integrally fixed at both sides, plural cylinder installation parts(20) longitudinally arranged in a lower part of the full water level regulating plate, plural full water level regulating cylinders(30) mounted in the cylinder installation parts, and a variable control rod(40) combined with an upper part of the full water level regulating cylinder to adjust height of the dam by selectively regulating the full water level adjusting cylinder. A protection screen(50) is flexibly placed in an upper part of the full water level regulating plate to protect the full water level regulating plate against a sharp object, and fastened on the dam. Plural fishway forming plates are arranged in the upper part of the protection screen, and a fishway is formed between the fishway forming plates. |
