A method and a system for offering a data service using mobile icons in the wired/wireless network are provided to connect the third person and a mobile terminal of a homepage one to one when the third person clicks the mobile icon in the web by inserting the mobile icon directly linked to a mobile terminal number of a user into the homepage of the user. A client/mobile client information database(106) stores information for a client(100) connected through the Internet(102) and a mobile client(114) connected through the mobile network(122). A mobile icon server(104) provides a real-time data transfer environment by linking the mobile icon including mobile phone number information of the client in the homepage of the client and connecting the mobile terminal of the client to the second client according to the client/mobile client information when the second client clicks the mobile icon. A billing part(108) bills a real-time data transfer subject by control of the mobile icon server if the data is successfully transferred between the client and the mobile client. |
