A method for chemically stripping a concrete slab and a device thereof are provided to prevent deterioration of the concrete slab by adjusting the concrete coagulation retarder injection time and the mortar removal time. A coagulation retarder is injected from a horizontal injection bar(3) to a concrete slab(2) to delay solidification of a mortar layer in a concrete surface, and a waterproof plastic sheet(7) is spread on the mortar layer according to flow direction of the horizontal injection bar. The mortar layer is removed from surface aggregate by brushing with injecting pressure water in solidifying concrete under the mortar layer. The coagulation retarder is protected against wind by extending a streamlined cover(9) with the waterproof plastic sheet. The coagulation retarder is injected between the horizontal injection bar and a release system of the waterproof plastic sheet for forming a roof, and removed against rainwater. The waterproof plastic sheet is spread over a slab by adjusting the height of a drawing roller(11). |
