An HDD(Hard Disk Drive) is provided to effectively compensate imbalance of a disk stack assembly caused when the HDD is assembled, thereby minimizing design changes for balancing as easily compensating even dynamic imbalance generated after the HDD is assembled. A disk stack assembly(10) consists of at least one disk(11), a spindle motor(13) having a spindle motor hub which supports the disk(11) and rotating the disk(11), and a clamp(15) which is equipped with plural installation holes(16) through which clamp screws(14) combined with the spindle motor hub pierce and which fixes the disk(11) to the spindle motor hub by elastically pressurizing the disk(11) when the clamp screws(14) are combined with the spindle motor hub. A balance weight(20) is integratedly combined with the clamp(15), and compensates imbalance of the centroid of the disk stack assembly(10) for a rotational center of a rotational shaft of the spindle motor(13).
