An expanded fur fabric and a manufacturing method of the same are provided to manufacture expanded fur fabric having good durability and ventilation, and prevent crack or shrinkage of the fabric surface. The expanded fur fabric includes an outer skin layer(P1), a coating layer(6) and a finishing layer(8). The outer skin layer(P1) has a hair layer consisting of numberless hair. The surface area of the outer skin layer(P1) is expanded as each of plural expansion cut portions(4) are extended. The coating layer(6) is coated on the expanded surface of the outer skin layer(P1). The finishing layer(8) is put over on the outer skin layer(P1) to cover the coating layer(6). The coating layer(6) is made of polysol and is formed to cover one side of the outer skin layer(P1) so as to protect the expanded surface and maintain the expanded state of each cut portion(4).
