#CMT# #/CMT# The method involves comparing, with respect to a determined threshold, a distance in a Lab space between current pixel and an already treated nearby position pixel. Diffusion errors issued from the nearby position pixel, which is separated with respect to the current pixel such that the threshold is not exceeded, are selected. The comparing and the selection are performed while detecting abrupt change of color between the current pixel and the nearby position pixel.
