A substrate connecting device and an electronic apparatus having the device are provided to easily combine substrates, reduce the height of the combined substrates and decrease the generation of electromagnetic waves. A substrate connecting device(10) includes a first substrate(20) having at least one contact(21), a second substrate(30) having a contact(31) corresponding to the contact of the first substrate, and a connector(40) for combining the first substrate with the second substrate so that the contacts of the first and second substrates directly come into contact with each other. The connector includes a connector door(50) arranged oppositely to the first substrate, and an elastic member(70) located between the connector door and the second substrate to elastically press the second substrate.
