A frame for a soundproof wall is provided to insulate noise efficiently, and to support a cavity and the frame by firmly assembling the frame with the soundproof wall and easily stacking the frame without slip or displacement. An insulation cavity(10) is divided and formed in a frame(100) combined with an edge of a soundproof wall, and a U-shaped recessed insertion groove(20) is formed longitudinally and combined with the edge of the soundproof wall. Elastic projections(21) are made of rubber, inclined, protruded at both ends of the insertion groove and faced to each other. The U-shaped insertion groove is combined with an upper edge of the soundproof wall, and an assembling sill(40) is protruded outward and longitudinally formed at the other end of the insertion groove. Fitting projections(41) are formed at both ends of the assembling sill. An assembling groove(50) is recessed longitudinally and formed at the end of the insertion groove, and fitting grooves(51) are formed at both ends of the assembling groove.
