The system has a profile (1) extending along a longitudinal direction (X) between an end and another end integrated with an enlarged head (1b). A flange has a recess (7) traversed by the profile and a side which stops against the enlarged head of the profile. The recess ensures a set of angular configurations of the flange relative to the profile around the longitudinal direction, and splines (4a, 4b) forming a clamping device lock the side of the flange on an IPN beam (3).
