A structure of a railway protection system for preventing derailment in a sharp curve is provided to restrict a train from being derailed in the sharp curve, and to minimize injury by decreasing impact applied to the train. Protection support piles are arranged at regular intervals and installed around a rail outside a sharp curve range. A guide plate(20) is installed in the protection support pile and provided with at least two or more guide rails(200) extended longitudinally along the rail. A shock absorbing bar(30) is installed in the guide rail of the guide plate, and moved to the right and the left. A guide unit(300) slides left and right along the guide rail, and a buffer material(310) surrounds the guide unit. The shock absorbing bars are arranged in upper and lower parts of the guide rail and spaced from each other. The shock absorbing bar is connected to the other shock absorbing bar by a tension spring(40).
