<p>An apparatus for removing particles of a CNT(Carbon Nano Tube) is provided to remove an abnormal emitting effect and an arcing source of an electron emission substrate by removing residual CNT and metallic elements after forming the electron emission substrate. A substrate(202) having an electron emission unit(205) is loaded on a supporting plate(201). An electromagnet(204) is positioned at a predetermined position corresponding to the substrate. A plurality of control plates(203a,203b) are fixed at both sides of the supporting plate. An electromagnet is installed at each of the control plates. The control plates are used for controlling a position of the electromagnet.</p> |
