摘要 A step welding method of a welding robot using a laser vision sensor and a system thereof are provided to prevent the processing time of the laser vision sensor from being delayed by using the image data of the step area obtained from the laser vision sensor. A step welding method of a welding robot using a laser vision sensor is composed of a step(401) of moving the welding robot to the step area of the welded object by using the CAD data stored in the memory of a robot control part; a step(403) of judging and storing the three-dimensional position information of the step from the step point of the laser band measured through the laser vision sensor of the welding robot; and a step(405) of operating the step welding for the step area by using the three-dimensional position information of the stored step.
