PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a server apparatus capable of interlocking with an audio communication system employing a telephone exchange apparatus, even when any service is executed in a multi-node system. SOLUTION: In a VCS (visual communication system) server SV in establishing communication link between extension terminals T31, T41; a connection information management table previously stores device information of each of the extension terminals T31, T41 which is included in a call information event from a main apparatus BT4, a global call number for identifying call connection between the extension terminals T31, T41, and state information in association with each other. Then, when an extension terminal T32 requests an interruption call, the corresponding state information in the connection information management table is updated on the basis of a global call number included in a call information event from a main apparatus BT3, and session control is performed among data terminals PC1, PC2 and PC3 each associated with the extension terminals T31, T32 and T41, by using the updated state information and the device information of each of the extension terminals T31, T32 and T41.
