PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator capable of increasing a space factor of a flat wire. SOLUTION: In this stator, an insulating bobbin is attached to each of a plurality of teeth sections circumferentially mounted at predetermined intervals and the flat wire is neatly wound into the insulating bobbin intensively. The flat wire is wound over a plurality of layers into the insulating bobbin in a square tubular shape. On each of the layers are formed a row transferring surface, on which the flat wire is diagonally threaded so as to transfer a row, and a parallel surface, on which the flat wire is threaded in parallel without transferring a row.
