PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a time and an expense for calibrating AC timing. SOLUTION: The first and second calibration units 200, 300 have fixed wiring routes 220, 222, 224, 226, 303, 304, 306, 308 for connecting pairs of drivers 202, 204, 206, 208 and comparators 210, 212, 214, 216, according to a set of the first and second relations. A relative timing error mixed by a signal route of a testing system 218 including the drivers 202, 204, 206, 208 and the comparators 210, 212, 214, 216 is determined by solving a set of expressions, based on a relation of a timing delay and the drivers/comparators (110).
